What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Develop HR policies that reflect fairness, inclusivity, and compliance with Malaysian employment law.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development.
  • Coordinate training programmes that support continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave management with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor workforce metrics to drive improvements in engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
  • Champion initiatives that promote empathy, trust, and open communication across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with broader business goals.

What You Bring:

  • Solid experience managing HR functions in a collaborative, mid-to-large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for fostering diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
