What you'll do:

As a Senior HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of HR within the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include providing leadership across various HR functions such as Organizational Design & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession, Compliance & Integrity and Employee/Industrial Relations. You will also support Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition CoE. Your role will involve close collaboration with the management team, establishing HR/talent strategies and action plans that align with business objectives. You will also act as the primary contact point for employees regarding all HR matters.

  • Establish HR/talent strategy and action plans in support of the business
  • Act as contact point for employees in relation to all HR matters
  • Partner leaders for workforce planning and analysis of manpower statistics
  • Support talent strategy and facilitate individual development plan of employees
  • Facilitate organization transformation initiatives and implement appropriate organizational development measures
  • Oversee all local policy, compensation and benefit programs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior HRBP role brings extensive experience from an international business environment, with solid expertise across various HR functions. You should hold an undergraduate degree in HR management, business or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA would be advantageous. A strong understanding of Malaysia Labor Law is essential. Exceptional communication skills are required for this role, along with the ability to influence others within the organisation. The successful candidate will be proactive, self-driven and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • At least 8 years HR experience within an international business environment
  • Undergraduate degree in HR management, business, or a related discipline; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
  • Strong knowledge in Malaysia Labor Law
  • Exceptional written, verbal and graphics communication capabilities
  • Ability to manage by influencing others within the organization
  • Proactive, self-driven, good analytical and outstanding problem-solving skills
