What you'll do:
As a Senior Human Resources Executive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations based in Penang, you will play an integral part in enhancing the daily experience of every employee. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing vital employee services—ensuring everything from uniforms to transportation runs smoothly—while also acting as a dependable point of contact for resolving any service-related concerns. You will be instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance by assisting with audits, updating policies according to legislative changes, and handling critical reporting duties such as Greenhouse Gas submissions. - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications which allows you to manage documentation efficiently and prepare professional reports or presentations.

- Bring hands-on experience participating in both internal and external Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) audits as well as Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) assessments.
