HR Administrative & Accounts Executive
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrative & Accounts Executive to provide comprehensive support in administrative, executive, and accounting functions. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in handling office operations, financial transactions, and executive support duties.
What you'll do:
As an HR Administrative & Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, stationeries, and overall office maintenance
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Handle employee travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Provide direct administrative support to Senior Executives including calendar management and correspondence handling
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing, payment tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Support on general HR matters including coordination of recruitment activities and employee leave record keeping
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the HR Administrative & Accounts Executive role brings a wealth of experience in administrative support roles.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative, executive assistant or accounts assistant roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
