HR Admin Analyst
Our client is seeking a meticulous and adaptable Human Resources Administrative Analyst to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Onboard to Retire Team, responsible for end-to-end processing of employee life-cycle transactions in APAC/Africa.
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Administrative Analyst, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. You will handle a variety of tasks from maintaining personnel data to creating employee contracts. Your excellent attention to detail will be crucial in managing on/off-boarding transactions and maintaining timecard and leave records. Furthermore, you will process payrolls and fulfil related statutory reporting requirements. Your commitment to continuous improvement will shine as you contribute to the design, delivery, and enhancement of leading practices.
- Administration and maintenance of personnel data
- Creation of employee contracts
- On/Off-Boarding transaction management
- Timecard and leave record maintenance
- Processing of payrolls and related statutory reporting requirements
- Contribute to the design, delivery and continual improvement of leading practices
What you bring:
- Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Human Resource/Economics or pursuing a professional accounting designation
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Understanding of Oracle (ERP) system and processes and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills in data input and retrieval
