  • Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programmes to identify actionable trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and strategic reports that provide clear insights to HR leadership and management teams.
  • Translate intricate data into concise narratives and visual presentations to support informed decision-making within total rewards.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of total rewards programmes and recommend strategic adjustments based on thorough analysis.
  • Provide scenario modelling and predictive analysis to forecast the impact of changes in rewards strategies across the organisation.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for both existing and proposed rewards initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Assist in the rollout and administration of various employee benefit programmes designed to promote health, wellness, and work-life balance.
  • Promote employee understanding and participation in benefit programmes through targeted communication efforts tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Partner with third-party providers to support benefit management, ensuring timely delivery and effective programme administration.
  • Lead or support key projects related to compensation, benefits, and overall rewards programmes by developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

What you bring:

To excel as Manager, Total Rewards you will bring a blend of technical expertise in data analytics with a nuanced understanding of compensation frameworks within fast-evolving industries such as fintech. Your background should demonstrate hands-on experience managing salary benchmarking processes as well as administering diverse benefits programmes. Above all else, your ability to communicate complex concepts simply ensures everyone—from senior leaders to individual contributors—understands how total rewards contribute meaningfully to their professional journey.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field coupled with ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic reporting, salary benchmarking exercises, job grading maintenance, and other core aspects of total rewards programme management.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with the proven ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, equity practices, benefits trends—particularly within the fintech industry—and regulatory requirements affecting total rewards.
  • Strong project management capabilities combined with excellent time management skills enabling you to handle multiple priorities effectively.
