By leveraging CRM tools effectively for data-driven decision-making and overseeing detailed reporting processes, you will ensure transparency in performance tracking. Additionally, you will represent the organisation externally at major industry gatherings—strengthening its reputation while broadening your own network. Success in this role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership; your ability to inspire others while maintaining operational excellence will be central to achieving ambitious targets.

- Monitor evolving market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities for business expansion and ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to design impactful campaigns and optimise product positioning that resonates with target audiences across the healthcare sector.
- Drive accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes for your team, ensuring all activities align with broader organisational goals and performance metrics.
- Lead, manage, and nurture a team of Account Managers by setting clear expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to support both individual and collective success.
- Mentor team members to enhance their selling skills, deepen their product knowledge, and strengthen their ability to build lasting customer relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team by promoting open communication and shared responsibility for results.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation across your team so that each member is empowered to maximise productivity and provide comprehensive coverage for customers.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders by acting as an escalation point for high-priority accounts while partnering with cross-functional teams such as operations and service to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness while actively expanding your professional network.

Adaptability is another hallmark—you are comfortable navigating changing priorities while remaining focused on long-term objectives. A willingness to travel demonstrates your commitment not only to supporting your team but also deepening client relationships wherever opportunities arise. Above all else: your passion for advancing healthcare outcomes through technology underpins every aspect of your approach.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Information Technology or a related discipline is required for this position.
