  • Identify and pursue new inorganic growth opportunities through effective networking and lead generation strategies tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging marketing presentations and materials that communicate service updates and company initiatives to diverse audiences.
  • Assist patients throughout their decision-making process by providing timely information and collaborating closely with partner engagement teammates to ensure seamless communication.
  • Formulate internal plans and set strategic priorities for engaging referral sources while tracking progress through detailed monthly reports.

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital communications platforms as well as sales and relationship management tools including web-based systems and mobile applications to facilitate efficient outreach efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), particularly doctors or medical specialists within hospital settings.
  • Ability to propose original solutions that address complex challenges within the healthcare landscape while maintaining compliance with internal protocols.
  • Strong project management abilities encompassing time management, prioritisation of competing tasks, attention to detail, and effective follow-up practices.
