- Contribute actively to local medical initiatives as well as external collaborations where appropriate to drive improvements in patient care.
- Assist in building internal scientific capability by delivering medical updates and training sessions for colleagues when required.
- Ensure all interactions and materials strictly adhere to legal, regulatory, ethical requirements and organisational standards for compliance.
- Work closely with medical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial colleagues to act as a bridge between external scientific communities and internal teams.
- Help shape local medical strategies by participating in projects that improve patient outcomes through evidence-based approaches.
- Operate independently in the field while maintaining strong connections with the wider medical team for communal support.
