What You’ll Do

As the Senior Service Delivery Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading Strategic Projects: Develop and execute project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Driving Process Improvements: Optimize end-to-end service processes using Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Enhancing Service Quality: Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to establish consistent service standards and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
• Performance Management: Define KPIs, create dashboards, and use data analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Vendor Performance Tracking: Develop systems to monitor external service providers, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
• Change Management: Implement new processes, train stakeholders, and ensure adoption of best practices across the region.
• Building Regional Alignment: Facilitate workshops, share best practices, and promote standardization while respecting local market needs.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and leading impactful projects. The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in equipment service operations, project management, quality, or supply chain—5+ years within the medical device industry preferred.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end service processes from request initiation to case closure.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI platforms, and AI-enabled tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of medical device quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) is an advantage.
• Fluent English; proficiency in a Southeast Asian language is a plus.
