As CEO, you will lead the REIT’s operations, performance, stakeholder engagement, and leasing strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and financial performance of the REIT.
• Drive leasing performance through proactive strategies that maximise occupancy, rental reversion, and tenant retention.
• Collaborate closely with the Board and Trustee to ensure robust governance, compliance, and transparent reporting.
• Enhance asset value through innovative partnerships, repositioning, and cost optimisation.
• Represent the REIT to investors, regulators, and key stakeholders to build trust and drive new opportunities.
• Build and lead a high-performing, future-ready team that values accountability, innovation, and professionalism.

As CEO of the REIT, you will shape both its immediate success and long-term vision, with full oversight of strategy, operations, and governance. Focused on corporate office assets, you’ll drive asset value and sustainable income through strong leasing strategies and tenant relationships. Your leadership will foster innovation, team development, and high service standards—underpinned by both commercial acumen and emotional intelligence to build trust across all stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate, with strong expertise in office leasing.
• While REIT experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates from:
• Property asset management firms with internal leasing functions.
• Corporate organisations or conglomerates managing their own portfolio of commercial office assets.
• Single-building or multi-building operations with dedicated leasing and tenant management teams.
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership or strategic role, with a proven track record in driving leasing performance, asset optimisation, and financial outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing P&L, capital planning, and budgeting cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence across internal and external networks.
• A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field; MBA, ACCA or other professional qualifications are advantageous.
