What You’ll Do

As the R&D Manager, you will take ownership of critical operational responsibilities while enhancing capabilities within the team. Your key accountabilities include:

• Leading NPD, renovation, reformulation, and process-improvement projects from concept to execution.
• Authorizing formulations, specifications, ingredients, and technical changes to ensure compliance and quality.
• Managing Bill of Materials (BOM), recipes, specifications, and master-data accuracy.
• Coordinating lab, pilot plant, and factory trials to ensure seamless launch readiness.
• Prioritizing projects, resources, and technical risks effectively to meet business objectives.
• Leading and mentoring food technologists while embedding disciplined digital workflows into daily operations.

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking a results-driven leader with the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in food product development and scale-up, including team leadership roles.
• A bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant field; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Proven expertise in process standardization, data readiness, testing, system implementation, or operating-model change is highly desirable.
• Strong competencies in operational ownership, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, clear communication, data discipline, and dependable follow-through.
