What you'll do:

As a Programme Manager based in Melaka, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously will be highly valued.   • Validate that each project is managed and monitored according to established Project Management best practices, ensuring consistency and quality throughout all phases.
  • Manage priorities among different project managers by considering task complexity, resource availability, and individual capabilities to optimise project outcomes.
  • Communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders including customers, sales representatives, manufacturing teams, supply chain management, and quality assurance to facilitate smooth project implementation.
  • Anticipate potential issues proactively and address them with timely corrective actions to minimise disruptions and maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with operations tools such as Concerto and WebQC by maintaining accurate records related to pipelining, commodity management, buffer management, task compliance, capacity management, and slot booking.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly Manufacturing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and drive targeted actions to achieve set objectives.
  • Lead internal coordination for commodity projects and full kitting processes across all relevant departments as well as with end-customers to guarantee successful delivery.
  • Plan and monitor work progress for Project Commodity activities to ensure adherence to standards, detailed development plans, budgets, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide supportive leadership and effective management to operational staff by fostering a collaborative environment focused on shared success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project details while compiling lessons learned and promoting project management best practices across the organisation.

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects within a commodity group by analysing intricate data sets and processes while identifying risks and making informed business recommendations.
  • A deep commitment to delivering high-quality equipment underpinned by extensive knowledge of quality assurance tools is expected.
  • Proactive approach with a solutions-focused mindset enabling you to handle challenging interactions constructively while resolving tough issues effectively.
