What You’ll Do

As the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our business operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all processes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end operational coordination, including production planning, forecast accuracy, logistics, and delivery timelines.
• Taking ownership of quality issues by collaborating with QA/QC teams and manufacturing partners to resolve complaints, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring problems.
• Working closely with manufacturing partners in China to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
• Leading a team across Sales & Marketing and QA/QC while working closely with Finance to achieve organizational goals.
• Managing budgets effectively to contribute to both topline growth and bottom-line profitability.
• Reviewing vendor performance and identifying opportunities for improvement in flexible and rigid packaging offerings.
• Partnering with senior leadership on strategic procurement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
