What you'll do:
As an Information Technology Manager, your main responsibility will be supervising the implementation and enhancement of the plant's Enterprise Resource Planning system. You will oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that project deliverables are high-quality, efficient, and timely. Your role will involve working together with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with Enterprise Resource Planning solutions. You will also ensure that our systems are stable, reliable, and scalable enough to back our operations. Serving as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into technical requirements. Your daily tasks will include overseeing IT systems for optimal performance while maintaining server environments and infrastructure.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Information Technology Manager position holds a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. You bring over 5 years of experience in software development and project management to the table. Your hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX, SAP or Finance & Operations sets you apart from others. You have a strong background in managing IT projects in a manufacturing environment. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lastly, your proven experience in IT support or technical services makes you a strong contender for this role.
