What You’ll Do

As a Project Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across all Coffeebot projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing coffee vending machines.
• Providing exceptional customer support during field visits and responding efficiently to breakdown reports.
• Developing training materials, operation manuals, and conducting training sessions for internal teams.
• Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supervising ongoing projects while coordinating with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Documenting quality assurance activities, audit reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the technical team on troubleshooting and installation requirements.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Educational background in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination or project management support (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
