  • Perform preventive maintenance activities on all assigned equipment to maintain optimal performance levels and reliability throughout the operational lifecycle.
  • Conduct corrective maintenance tasks by repairing or replacing defective parts, assemblies, or machine components as required by technical specifications.
  • Carry out machine commissioning procedures including calibration and performance validation to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive customer training sessions covering machine operation, maintenance routines, safety protocols, and best practices for efficient use of equipment.
  • Provide responsive technical support services to customers in Malaysia and Singapore by addressing service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all machines operate at peak productivity by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Support the Service Manager in handling service requests as well as resolving technical problems through collaborative efforts with other team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities including installation reports, maintenance logs, troubleshooting records, and customer feedback.
