Regional Reliability Manager (APAC)

Our client is seeking a Regional Reliability Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of their program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the program rollout across regional business units and provide leadership and direction to local teams. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact across the APAC region, offering technical expertise, defining inspection scopes, and promoting advanced inspection techniques.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Reliability Manager, your role will be pivotal in leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive program. You will drive this program's rollout across regional business units while providing leadership and direction to local teams. Your focus will be on both technical excellence and professional growth. You will support these teams in executing and evaluating inspection services for various systems and equipment. As the primary point of contact across the APAC region, you will assist your team in coordinating with supporting disciplines such as reliability, process safety, and technical specialists. Your technical expertise will be crucial in defining inspection scopes and promoting advanced inspection techniques.

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the program

• Aid in reviewing inspection outcomes, analyzing data trends, and recommending repair or replacement strategies

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Reliability Manager position is someone who is willing to travel to different regions as needed. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant scopes of work. A degree in engineering is required for this role. Additionally, having knowledge within chemical, petrochemical, or oil and gas industry would be beneficial.
