What you'll do:

As a 3D Booth Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable experiences through innovative spatial solutions. • Design and produce detailed 3D visuals, floor plans, elevations, and renderings tailored to each client’s unique requirements for custom booths.
• Translate client briefs into engaging designs that balance brand consistency with practical execution and visual appeal.
• Revise concepts based on feedback from clients and production teams to ensure feasibility without compromising creative vision.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and production colleagues to guarantee all designs are technically accurate and ready for implementation.
• Prepare comprehensive design packs including moodboards, material selections, and technical documentation to support proposal submissions.
• Support the proposal process by providing compelling visualisations that help secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, space planning principles, and technical considerations relevant to exhibition environments.
• Participate in internal reviews to refine design solutions and share best practices within the team.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance overall project outcomes and client satisfaction.

What you bring:

To excel as a 3D Booth Designer in this organisation, you will bring proven experience from previous roles in exhibition or event design—ideally supported by formal qualifications in interior architecture or related fields. Your technical proficiency with industry-standard software allows you to create compelling visualisations that communicate ideas clearly. • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design or a related discipline is required for this position.
• Between two to five years of hands-on experience working in exhibition or event design settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in 3DS Max, SketchUp, V-Ray or similar visualisation software will give you an advantage when creating detailed renderings.
• A solid understanding of construction materials as well as space planning principles is essential for producing feasible designs.
• Familiarity with technical drawing standards ensures your concepts can be executed accurately by production teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enable effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• A keen eye for detail helps maintain high standards across all aspects of design output—from initial sketches to final presentations.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines demonstrates your dependability within a fast-moving environment.
