Our client is seeking a System Access Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in securing and managing critical data and processes within the company's IT applications. The successful candidate will ensure that users are granted access in a timely manner and that their access is properly managed throughout their employment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to safeguard, guide, control, and manage access requests within a global healthcare organisation.

What you'll do:

As a System Access Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring effective access management within the company's IT applications. Your daily tasks will involve processing new user access requests, changing or transferring job roles, removing system access, and providing system access information for audit purposes. You will also be responsible for granting and managing shared folder access across all regions. Additionally, you will deliver necessary internal control reports and provide day-to-day support and administration of system access for IT applications and systems. Your role will also involve managing, guiding, and controlling relevant system requests according to defined Service Level Agreements while maintaining continuous dialogue with requestors when applicable.

* Processing new user access requests following decided SLAs

* Changing or transferring job roles

* Removing system access

* Providing system access information for audit purposes upon request

* Granting and managing shared folder access in all regions

* Delivering necessary internal control reports

* Providing day-to-day support and administration of system access for IT applications and systems

* Managing, guiding, and controlling relevant system requests according to defined Service Level Agreements

* Maintaining a knowledge base for access management, including manual processes and automation management

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the System Access Specialist position will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management within Global IT Operations. You should hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in this field is required along with an ITIL 4 certification or equivalent experience. Experience working in a broader enterprise business unit model is preferred. Fluent English communication skills are essential for this role as well as a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service by understanding internal stakeholder needs.

* 2-3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management in Global IT Operations

* ITIL 4 certification or equivalent experience

* Experience working in a broader enterprise business unit model preferred

* Fluent in written and spoken English

* Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service by understanding internal stakeholder needs
