What You’ll Do

As the General Manager, you will be at the helm of a 300-strong workforce (locals and foreign workers), driving operational excellence and ensuring sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the board, you will oversee strategy, manufacturing operations, quality management systems, engineering projects, safety compliance, and procurement processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading departments such as QA/QC Audit to maintain top-tier product quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO13485).
• Driving innovation in tooling and die mould design while optimizing plastic injection manufacturing methods.
• Building strong relationships with distributors and direct Tier 1 clients across the US, EU, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Expanding market share in industries like automotive, electronics, and medical devices.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement using advanced software tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or Cimatron.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in precision engineering and manufacturing management. Your ability to balance technical expertise with strategic decision-making will be critical to your success in this role.

Key qualifications include:

• A strong background in precision engineering
• Experience managing P&L statements to identify areas for financial improvement.
• Expertise in manufacturing operations with a focus on quality management systems (QA/QC).
• Familiarity with high-tolerance production environments for industries like automotive or consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or Siemens NX
