As the General Manager, Architecture & Interior Design, you will be at the helm of operations, steering the company toward success while ensuring impeccable standards in design, construction, and client satisfaction. Your role will encompass:

• Overseeing daily operations and leading executives to achieve organizational goals.
• Managing all aspects of design and build projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality benchmarks.
• Driving financial performance through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners while spearheading business development initiatives.
• Promoting innovation and continuous improvement across processes to maintain competitive advantage.
• Developing and implementing strategic visions to identify new opportunities for growth and sustainability.

What you’ll bring

You are an experienced leader with a passion for architecture, interior design, and construction management. You possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s qualification preferred).
• At least 8years of senior managerial experience in the design and build industry, including interior design expertise.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale ID construction projects successfully.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, operational management, and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members alike.
