Drive process development initiatives for transfer projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions between different stages of production.

Provide technical support, guidance, and training to production staff so that products are manufactured within specification and machinery operates at optimal efficiency at all times.

Work collaboratively with quality assurance and production teams to address customer complaints promptly, delivering effective solutions that resolve concerns thoroughly and foster trust.

Establish system procedures and standard operating protocols for new processes while maintaining strict adherence to safety policies that protect both people and assets.

What you bring:

Above all else, your dedication to safety underpins everything you do—ensuring not only compliance but also the wellbeing of everyone on site.

A degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required for this position as it provides the essential technical foundation needed for success.

A minimum of three to five years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is essential for excelling in this role due to the complexity of operations involved.
