What you'll do:

• Coordinate staffing requirements for various product lines by allocating personnel and resources according to workload and customer needs.
• Collect and analyse key production data such as output, yield, productivity, utilisation rates, and cost variances to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Lead the implementation of standardisation projects focused on cost reduction, process optimisation, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing area.
• Manage material stocks efficiently to reduce wastage while maintaining accurate records of raw materials and finished products at all times.

• Show proficiency in English; additional fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin would be considered an advantage when communicating across diverse teams.
• Display familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience using these tools for reporting or analysis is highly valued.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of modern production processes, machinery operation principles, and adherence to industry safety standards.
