What You’ll Do

As a Project Senior Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Your role will encompass:

• Leading project teams in managing large-scale civil & structure engineering works ranging from power infrastructure, railway infrastructures, and bridge structures.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, health & safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Managing tendering processes, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Driving innovation through value engineering and advanced construction methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in infrastructure construction management. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in managing large-scale civil & structure engineering projects across various sectors such as power distribution, rail, bridge and road.
• Expertise in project planning tools like Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera.
• Exceptional leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
