What you'll do:
As a Project Manager Electrical Systems based in Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of multiple medium and low voltage electrical projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing detailed project plans that encompass scheduling resources efficiently while keeping costs under control. - Ensure strict adherence to relevant codes, standards (such as IEC or NEC), regulations, and quality control measures through frequent site inspections and rigorous monitoring of materials and workmanship.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers or subcontractors; manage procurement processes; handle change orders; and resolve any disputes or concerns raised by third parties involved in the project.
- Maintain meticulous records of all documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, meeting minutes; prepare detailed status updates for senior management; oversee commissioning activities; ensure all testing requirements are met before final handover.
