Clearing and Settlement Operations

Handle daily securities settlement across US, Hong Kong and overseas markets, cash and position reconciliation, fund transfers, and securities movements. Liaise with brokers, custodians and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, prepare settlement reports, and support new product onboarding and process improvements.

Job Description

• Manage daily securities settlements across US stocks, options, Hong Kong stocks and other overseas markets, including fund transfers and accounting entries.

• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with brokers, custodians and counterparties.

• Process securities deposits, withdrawals and transfers accurately and in a timely manner.

• Prepare regular settlement reports, liquidity updates and risk indicators to support management decisions.

• Coordinate with banks, brokers, counterparties and internal teams to resolve settlement and operational issues.

• Work closely with trading and compliance teams to support new product onboarding and settlement process improvements.
