The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing analysis activity within one or more priority programmes, leading multi-skilled teams, and overseeing Change Management activities.

What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst/ Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering, and embedding change within the organisation. You will be responsible for managing and executing analysis activity and project within one or more priority programmes. Leading multi-skilled teams, you will oversee Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. Your expertise will guide teams across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously. You will also oversee Change Management activities spanning from early change planning to designing and delivering change interventions. Your ultimate responsibility lies in Implementation Management, ensuring benefits are accelerated while minimising risk during deployment.

  • Manage and execute analysis activity within one or more priority programmes.
  • Lead multi-skilled teams responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management.
  • Act as an expert across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.
  • Oversee Change Management activities from early planning to implementation.
  • Responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’.
  • Manage implementation readiness and manage the early stages of implementation.

You possess expert knowledge of Change Frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques. Your outstanding understanding of Group structures, processes and objectives sets you apart from others. You have a very strong grasp of the external environment including regulatory aspects, political landscape, and competitors. Your advanced skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, design techniques as well as change management and implementation management techniques are crucial for this role.

  • Expert knowledge of Change Frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques.
  • Outstanding understanding of Group structures, processes and objectives.
  • Very strong knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc.
  • Advanced Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques.
  • Advanced Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.
  • Proven track record as an outstanding analyst or consultant.
