The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and operationalisation of change management strategies across the life cycle of complex transformations.

What you'll do:

As a Unit Head, Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of complex, large scale strategic transformations. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in identifying changes that impact the organisation and initiating effective strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies that align with transformation objectives. Your analytical skills will enable you to conduct thorough assessments and devise actionable solutions. You will oversee the execution of change strategies, ensuring that timelines, scope, and budgets are effectively met. Your role also involves managing communication plans across various channels, measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs, maintaining Change Management Playbooks, and mitigating risks to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

  • Identify and proactively address changes impacting the organisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with transformation objectives
  • Conduct thorough analyses to anticipate challenges and devise actionable solutions
  • Oversee the execution of change strategies, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met effectively
  • Manage and execute communication plans using diverse channels

  • Maintain and improve Change Management Playbooks

You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to assess stakeholder feedback, readiness metrics, and performance indicators to inform strategies. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to effectively convey messages to diverse audiences. You have a proven track record of managing stakeholders, leading teams, and fostering collaboration across departments. Your practical experience in managing change projects within scope, timeline, and budget is crucial for this role.

  • Expertise in Change Management methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter’s Eight Steps
  • Strong analytical skills to assess stakeholder feedback, readiness metrics, and performance indicators
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and foster collaboration across departments
  • Practical experience in managing change projects within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Certifications such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), PROSCI, CMI, PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or PRINCE2 are highly desirable
