What you'll do:
As a Treasury Dealer based in Kuala Lumpur, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where teamwork is at the heart of everything you do.
- Collaborate closely with the FX Team and other business units to support marketing initiatives aimed at both existing and prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication and shared objectives.
- Engage daily in the marketing and sales of corporate deposits as well as corporate FX instruments, providing thoughtful advisory services within established guidelines, policies, and limits.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the bank regarding treasury FX sales products, managing relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote treasury FX sales products and services, working together with colleagues to maximise outreach and effectiveness.
- Liaise regularly with customers, colleagues, and business partners to foster strong networks built on trust, understanding, and mutual respect.
- Ensure full compliance with internal limits, processes, standard operating procedures, and all relevant guidelines as stipulated by governing bodies such as BOD, ALCO, and Head of Treasury.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries while maintaining accurate records of all interactions in accordance with best practices.
- Support the achievement of business targets by identifying new opportunities for cross-selling treasury products through considerate engagement with clients.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery or expanding product offerings based on market feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends affecting FX sales to ensure clients receive informed advice tailored to their needs.
What you bring:
