Assistant Manager, Marketing Strategy

To support and drive business growth through strategic pricing, innovative product development, and effective marketing initiatives, delivering competitive, profitable, and customer-centric mobility solutions that strengthen market position and customer value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Analysis: Develop pricing strategies, models and profitability analyses to maintain market competitiveness and support sustainable business growth.

• Product Development & Management: Drive new product development, enhancements and lifecycle management to align with market needs and business objectives.

• Marketing & Promotional Campaigns: Support product launches, promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.

• Business Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Analyse market trends, prepare business proposals and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support business growth and execution.

• Team Support & Business Continuity: Provide managerial support and cover digital marketing responsibilities when required to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive, leasing, financial services, marketing or related industries.
