Relationship Manager

Are you a strategic banking leader with expertise in deposit acquisition, liability management, and commercial banking growth? We’re seeking a Head, Deposit, Commercial Banking to drive regional deposit strategies, grow CASA, and expand customer acquisition. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, shape regional business growth, and strengthen the Bank’s position as the preferred banking partner for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional Commercial Banking deposit growth across Conventional and Islamic Banking, driving customer acquisition and CASA growth.
• Develop sales strategies and market penetration plans to achieve deposit targets.
• Drive MYR and FCY deposits, cash management, digital banking, payroll, remittance, trade and Forex solutions.
• Lead and coach Relationship Managers to build strong pipelines and deliver business results.
• Deepen client relationships through cross-selling across financing, wealth, cards, insurance and treasury products.
• Oversee customer onboarding and service delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Convert deposit-only customers into borrowing relationships and identify new business opportunities to grow portfolio profitability.
