Senior Analyst/Specialist RTR (Multiple Headcounts)

What you'll do:

• Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs.

• Manage fixed asset accounting, GL master data, and transactional entries for multiple entities.

• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing with cross-functional teams for timely reporting.

• Prepare management reports, group consolidations, reconciliations, and statutory filings.

• Maintain and update financial systems and master data in line with company policies.

• Support new service transitions, including requirement gathering, UAT, and process improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (RPA, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency.

• Provide audit support and respond to business queries promptly.

• Mentor junior colleagues and provide backup support when required.

What you bring:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; at least 3–5 years’ relevant experience welcome.

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Experience with SAP or RPA tools is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• High attention to detail for reconciliations, reporting, and audits.

• Proven ability to handle stakeholder queries professionally.

• Experience in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) preferred.

• Supportive approach to mentoring and team development.
