Shared Service Centre Manager

This multinational corporation is seeking an ambitious and people-focused leader to oversee their shared service center. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Head of Processes/Functions to step into a Head of Center position.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the primary contact for SSC's streams and represent the region in the global finance organization.
• Manage the key financial domains (R2R, P2P & O2C) to ensure high customer service satisfaction and timely deliverables.
• Monitor and improve service levels, performance metrics, and technology requirements with the stakeholders and corporate team
• Supervise daily operations of SSC employees to ensure prompt delivery of services
• Work with global process owners to standardize and optimize processes
• Support communication of changes and provide training for team members

What you bring:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with a strong preference within a shared service environment, with an ideal exposure to P2P, O2C and R2R.
• Experience managing a team of over 20 staff
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Possess strong analytical and business partnering skills
• Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage
