What you'll do:

• Collaborate with various departments to design and implement effective policies and procedures that support the organisation’s transformation towards automation.
• Develop comprehensive business controlling plans that align with strategic objectives and ensure financial integrity throughout the transformation process.
• Lead process engineering initiatives by analysing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Support the integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into existing systems, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Utilise Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to streamline data management processes and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
