What you'll do:
As a Senior Manager, Finance Operations Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing, and coaching a team dedicated to Finance and Asset Management. Your responsibilities will extend to rolling out globally harmonized business processes within finance while also consulting group companies on relevant topics. You will ensure that knowledge is transferred globally and provide necessary training. Your role will involve coordinating and leading deployments of standard processes across all regional companies. You will also be responsible for the KPI performance of the manager in Malaysia. Your contributions to global projects and continuous process improvements will be highly valued. You will also support the S/HANA implementation for Finance and Asset Management at a global level.
- Lead, develop and coach the team for Finance and Asset Management.
- Responsible for rolling out globally harmonized business processes in the area of Finance.
- Consult group companies and SSC on Finance and Asset Management topics.
- Ensure global knowledge transfer and perform training if required.
- Coordinate and lead deployments of standard processes for all companies in the region.
- Responsible for the KPI performance of the managers in Malaysia.
- Contribute to global projects and continuous global process improvements.
- Analyze processes and identify improvement potentials in processes.
- Support the S/HANA implementation for Finance and Asset Management on the global level.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager, Finance Operations Excellence role should possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or a similar field. You should have 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in a multi-national corporate organization, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team. Your experience in Finance processes will be highly valued, especially if it is based on working experience in a corresponding position. You should have strong knowledge of process analysis, process management and governance. Experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation is also required. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Strong SAP FI / AM experience (including knowledge of SAP customizing) is necessary; knowledge of CO/ SD/ MM or Concur is welcome. Fluency in English and at least one other language is also required.
