• Oversee annual reviews of risk registers by facilitating workshops with senior management to assess current risks and monitor the status of treatment plans.
• Lead periodic top-down reviews of risk registers from a fresh perspective to identify new or evolving risks and ensure comprehensive coverage across all business units.
• Participate in or coordinate process improvement projects, capital expenditure proposals, and investment assessments by conducting thorough risk evaluations alongside project teams.
• Support the implementation of remediation strategies for identified risks by assisting with the development and execution of improvement initiatives across departments.
• Provide ongoing advice and timely reports to senior management regarding emerging risk issues throughout the organisation to support informed decision-making.
