Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of Integrity & Governance to join their team in Selangor. This role is pivotal in strategising, developing, controlling and evaluating adherence to integrity policies, procedures and guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance across the organisation's systems, procedures, rules and regulations. What you'll do:

As the Head of Integrity & Governance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's integrity policies and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance across all systems, procedures, rules and regulations. Furthermore, you will strategise, develop and implement the Integrity framework while identifying any weaknesses in existing systems.

• Develop, plan and control integrity awareness plans
• Verify information regarding corruption from various sources
• Prepare summary reports for relevant parties
• Strategise, develop and implement the Integrity framework
• Identify weaknesses in existing systems, procedures and regulations and close opportunities for matters that will affect integrity

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Head of Integrity & Governance position, you bring along a wealth of experience in governance with a deep understanding of its legal implications. Your proven track record in developing and implementing integrity policies sets you apart. You have a keen eye for identifying weaknesses in existing systems and are adept at rectifying them promptly. Your experience in preparing summary reports for enforcement agencies or the Industrial Relation Unit is highly valued. Above all, your strong understanding of compliance requirements ensures that you can effectively uphold the organisation's standards.
