What you'll do:

As a Finance Process Intelligence Manager in Penang, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance operations by embedding process intelligence into day-to-day activities. • Direct and guide the process intelligence plan for Finance, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps to maximise organisational impact.
• Establish end-to-end visibility across core Finance value streams including Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report, enabling comprehensive oversight and optimisation.
• Promote adoption, governance, and value realisation of process intelligence platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, and UiPath by engaging stakeholders throughout the finance function.
• Translate process insights into a prioritised pipeline of actions including automation initiatives, agentic use cases, re-engineering projects, and control improvements that drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to convert insights into delivered business value through collaborative project management and effective communication.
• Define and standardise critical metrics, benchmarks, and executive dashboards for leadership reporting and SteerCo presentations to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Enable self-service process intelligence through development of data products, playbooks, and training materials that scale adoption across Finance teams globally.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Global Process Owners and Finance leadership by influencing decisions on performance optimisation and transformation priorities based on robust analysis.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work practices to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while exercising good judgement in line with organisational standards.
• Contribute actively to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within your scope of work.

What you bring:

To excel as a Finance Process Intelligence Manager in Penang you will bring proven experience from finance operations analytics or digital transformation roles ideally spanning eight years or more. Your background should include hands-on exposure to process mining tools such as Celonis SAP Signavio or UiPath along with deep familiarity with ERP systems like ECC or S/4. You are adept at translating intricate data insights into clear actionable recommendations for senior leaders using empathetic communication skills that build consensus across departments. Your track record demonstrates successful integration of automation AI or GenAI initiatives within finance functions—always applying technology responsibly for positive business outcomes. Experience working within global or shared services environments is highly valued as it shows your ability to co-operate across cultures while maintaining high standards of compliance efficiency and quality. You possess strong change management skills enabling you to guide teams through transformation journeys smoothly while nurturing an atmosphere of trust supportiveness and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with over 5 years’ relevant experience OR Master’s degree plus more than 3 years’ pertinent experience demonstrating dependable academic achievement.
• Practical experience with process intelligence or process mining tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio or UiPath showing your ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes including ERP-based transaction flows which enables you to connect complex systems for improved outcomes.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior executives using considerate storytelling techniques that foster trust among stakeholders.
• Experience integrating process intelligence with automation or AI initiatives reflecting your commitment to responsible technology use for business enhancement.
• Exposure to ERP transformation programmes (e.g., ECC to S/4) indicating your adaptability in dynamic environments where change is constant.
• Background in global or shared services Finance environments highlighting your sensitivity towards diverse teams and inclusive practices.
• Demonstrated change leadership skills coupled with collaborator management abilities that nurture communal progress within large organisations.
