What you'll do:

As a Business Services Finance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of accurate and timely finance services for a wide range of clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve processing financial documents, managing payments through online banking platforms, preparing cash flow projections, supporting tax filings, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. • Support tax filing activities by monitoring statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate submissions for all clients.
• Comply with established finance business processes and procedures to maintain operational consistency and efficiency throughout all service delivery areas.
• Ensure adherence to document retention policies, reporting requirements, and audit protocols across multiple countries to meet regulatory standards.
• Review accounting entries, cash flow projections, and payment setups prepared by yourself or others to ensure accuracy before final submission.
• Assist in documenting finance processes and standard operating procedures so that consistent quality delivery is maintained across all client portfolios.
• Participate actively in knowledge sharing sessions, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancement activities within the team.

• Proficiency in reading and writing in characters is required due to the nature of client portfolios managed by the team with Japan and China.
