What you'll do:

• Handle the full set of accounts by preparing monthly financial statements and ensuring timely submission of comprehensive financial reports to management.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including the preparation of sales invoices, updating receipts accurately, and closely monitoring debtor aging to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Oversee accounts payable functions by updating purchase invoices promptly and processing payments efficiently to vendors and suppliers.
• Perform detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliations to guarantee accuracy and completeness in all financial records maintained by the department.
• Maintain precise financial documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Monitor cash flow regularly to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations as well as support effective financial planning across departments.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during the year-end audit process, providing necessary documentation for smooth audit completion and accurate tax computation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by collaborating with departmental heads, contributing valuable insights for strategic planning.
• Apply strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies in financial data, enhance reporting accuracy, and provide meaningful support to management decision-making processes.
