Group Senior Finance Manager (MNC)

Our client is seeking a Group Senior Finance Manager to take charge of group financial reporting, consolidations, and audit coordination.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to prepare management accounts, oversee external audits, manage inter-company reconciliations, and ensure compliance with corporate tax and transfer pricing regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, prior Big Four experience, and proficiency in IFRS.

What you'll do:

As a Group Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the organisation.

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly group management accounts.
• Lead the annual audit process working closely with statutory auditors and entities.
• Handle Corporate Tax and Transfer pricing for the group entities.
• Provide accurate financial details to various stakeholders.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
• Assimilate financial and operational reporting for newly acquired businesses.
• Assist the Group and Country CEOs, CFOs, and other members of the team on any ad-hoc tasks.

What you bring:

The ideal Group Senior Finance Manager will bring a wealth of technical accounting experience along with a professional degree such as CA/CPA/MBA or equivalent.

• Professional Degree (CA/CPA/MBA equivalent)
• 10+ years of technical accounting with Prior experience in Big 4
• Experience handling group and holding accounts
• Analytical ability to synthesize complex transactions
• Good communication skills with focus on driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Excel Proficiency
• Exposure of working in a regional set-up
