What you'll do:

As a Senior Finance Analyst Asia Pacific based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be at the heart of the organisation’s efforts to provide robust financial planning, insightful analysis, and clear reporting that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

• Deliver timely, accurate, and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for assigned business groups or functions within the Asia Pacific region.
• Translate complex financial metrics into actionable insights that support improved decision making, enhanced performance, and long-term business growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough financial evaluations of new business development opportunities across multiple markets.
• Develop comprehensive ad hoc analyses and sophisticated financial models—including cost of services and trend analysis—to inform strategic initiatives.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Finance Analyst Asia Pacific you will bring substantial hands-on experience in core finance functions such as planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis—ideally gained within large-scale or multinational settings.

• A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant finance or accounting role within a large or multinational organisation; typically five years or more is preferred for this level of responsibility.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis within complex business environments.
• Advanced proficiency in building complex financial models using Excel or similar tools; experience with cost analysis and trend evaluation is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate quantitative data into actionable insights that support effective decision making.
