What you'll do:

As Finance Controller, you will be at the heart of the organisation’s financial operations—advising the CFO on strategic matters while ensuring seamless execution of core finance functions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO by delivering deep financial insight and leadership across all aspects of operations, reporting, compliance, and transformation
• Ensure alignment of financial operations with corporate strategy to enable business growth, operational efficiency, and stakeholder confidence
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in full compliance with IFRS standards and internal policies
• Direct complex consolidation activities for multi-entity groups operating across multiple jurisdictions to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Lead end-to-end audit processes including coordination with external auditors, standardisation of accounting treatments, and resolution of audit findings
• Provide leadership in direct and indirect tax compliance by maintaining effective transfer pricing strategies and identifying planning opportunities
• Serve as Finance Lead for digital transformation projects such as ERP or EPM implementations while ensuring data governance and system integrity
• Drive budgeting cycles, performance management processes, M&A due diligence efforts, post-deal integration activities, and scenario modelling for Board-level decisions

What you bring:

To excel as Finance Controller in this environment you will bring significant experience from senior finance positions where you have acted as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

• Proven track record in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS for a group of companies
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end audit processes including coordination with external auditors and standardisation of accounting practices
• Involvement in M&A transactions covering due diligence activities through post-deal integration into group structures/systems
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to present complex information clearly to both technical/non-technical stakeholders.
