Our client is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Executive to join their dynamic finance team. This role is integral to the company's financial health, driving profitability and capital expenditure at both group and individual branch levels. What you'll do:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. Your primary responsibility will be implementing margin analysis and reporting across various divisions, ensuring accurate tracking of actuals against budgets. You will also collaborate closely with Corporate Real Estate to plan, track, and analyse real estate developments. Additionally, you will assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises related to margins, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Your role will extend beyond finance as you engage with various stakeholders within the organisation, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Implement relevant margin analysis and reporting across Sales/Aftersales Division stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on cost actuals and budget in the Sales/Aftersales Division.
- Work closely with Corporate Real Estate to plan, track and analyse Real Estate development for the Sales/Aftersales Division.
- Assist in Budget and Forecast exercise for the company relating to margin, opex and capex for the Sales/Aftersales Division.
- Work closely with Group Finance Operations to ensure that accounting postings and processes are aligned in order to capture correct reporting.
- Assist on corporate exercises where necessary, including but not limited to Annual Report, Annual General Meetings, shareholder activities, investor relations.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Financial Planning and Analysis Executive role brings a wealth of experience in financial analysis, planning or reporting. You have honed your technical skills over at least three years of progressive growth in finance roles. Your ability to engage effectively with stakeholders sets you apart from your peers. You are proficient in business programming languages or hold relevant system certifications. Your excellent command of English enables you to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. Above all else, your ability to recommend, implement, and master technology platforms to assist in analysis and business understanding is what makes you the perfect fit for this role.
- Strong financial analysis skills with emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
- Technical competence in analysis methods, visualization tools and technology.
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a progressively growing capacity.
- Proficiency in business programming languages or reporting system certification is preferable.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English.
- Ability to recommend, implement and master technology platforms to assist analysis and business understanding.
