Finance Executive

This client is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Finance Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya. This role offers the opportunity to manage project-related financial forecasts, budgeting, and effective financial reporting. You will be working closely with senior management to develop strategies related to finance, staff management, and operations. What you'll do:

As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing project-related financial forecasts and budgeting. You will be responsible for effective financial reporting and accounts reconciliation for audit processes. Working closely with senior level management, you will help develop and strengthen strategies related to finance, staff management, and operations across the organisation. Your role will also involve staying current with all regulations, practices, tax laws, reporting requirements and industry trends.

• Manage and lead the accounting & finance team on day-to-day operation of financial activities
• Responsible for long term & short term forecast budgetary process which includes strategic planning on projects
• Responsible for financial activities such as company tax filing, audit, receivables, payable
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
• Attend to timely reporting and comprehensive analysis on all management accounting information
• Liaise with the relevant government authorities for approval and compliance
