Compliance Senior Manager

Lead healthcare compliance for MYSG, ensuring alignment with Group requirements and local regulations. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and clients on compliance matters, while leading senior management discussions on key compliance issues, risks, remediation, and required actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the local Healthcare Compliance Program and ensure alignment with Group policies and local regulations.
• Advise senior management and business teams on healthcare compliance matters, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee compliance monitoring, investigations, remediation, and reporting.
• Lead compliance committee meetings and drive accountability for compliance issues and corrective actions.
• Provide compliance guidance on client requirements, contracts, due diligence, donations, and conflicts of interest.
• Deliver compliance training and promote a strong compliance culture across the business.
• Represent the compliance function in client audits, business reviews, and discussions with external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop local compliance team members.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in healthcare compliance, pharmaceutical, medical device, legal, audit, or other regulated industries.
• Extensive experience in an MNC environment, preferably in a senior compliance advisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry codes, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience advising senior stakeholders and managing compliance risks and remediation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing a team is required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• A relevant degree in Business, Law, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant compliance or industry certifications are an advantage.
