FINANCE MANAGER

What you'll do:

• Take the ownership of month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journals, performing reconciliations, and substantiating balance sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate statutory accounts, tax schedules, audits, advisers, and compliance deadlines by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, and management reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Maintain robust finance controls, procedures, and master data during periods of transition to safeguard organisational integrity.
• Resolve accounting and compliance issues by working closely with regional Finance teams and shared services to foster trust and understanding.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes by sharing knowledge and participating in training opportunities.
• Participate in transformation initiatives by providing structured input and supporting change management activities within the finance function.

What you bring:

• Over 7 years’ experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, and tax within reputable organisations where dependability was key.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA; additional certifications related to finance transformation are advantageous.
• Willing to work in office 5 days a week, located at Bangsar South.
• Open to work on a 2-years contract position.
