  • Monitor loan utilisation rates, repayment schedules, interest rates, and overall financing costs to maintain efficient financial operations.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and actively monitor funding requirements for multiple construction projects.
  • Oversee project financing activities such as loan drawdowns based on project progress and specific funding needs.
