What you'll do:
As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance within the manufacturing environment. - Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient month-end closing processes.
- Lead and manage a finance team of 10–15 members by providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their daily activities.
- Supervise manufacturing costing activities such as product costing, cost analysis, variance analysis and cost control to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Manage CAPEX activities including budgeting, tracking expenditures and conducting thorough financial evaluations for capital projects.
- Prepare and review management reports, conduct detailed financial analyses and develop budgets that inform strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies by maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate closely with operations and other departments on matters related to costing, budgeting and overall financial management.
- Strengthen internal controls by implementing robust procedures that ensure adherence to statutory requirements and financial regulations.
- Support business decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis that highlights key trends and opportunities for improvement.
